The first thing you are going to like about qOrganizer is a that it is offered for the great price of free. Next up you will like that you get free access to a lot of functionality: calendar, events, notes, to-do list, timetable, booklet, print, FTP support, SQLite Database, MySQL Database. And last but not least, you’re going to like that access to this functionality is done via a user friendly interface.

To install qOrganizer on your PC, you will have to download an archive, extract its contents, and then run the executable. You will not have to go through any installation process – just run the executable and you can start using the application.

At the top of the application’s interface there are large buttons corresponding to the functionality this application has to offer:
Calendar – view a month calendar, write notes or journal entries, access a schedule for a selected day.
To-do list – view a list of tasks that you need to do.
Timetable – a flexible timetable that provides support for odd and even weeks. You can add new days or delete them if you want to.
Booklet – two tables that display student marks and absences.
Print – print out the currently active component of the application.
Settings – access some general, calendar, FTP, and storing options.
SQLite Database – save to SQLite Database.
MySQL Database – save to MySQL Database.

As you can probably gather from the interface presentation, MySQL Database has the following functionality to offer: view a month calendar, enter notes or journal entries for any day you want, manage your schedule, set up to-do tasks, keep a timetable, access a handy student booklet, print out information, save info to a database. It must be added here that qOrganizer also comes with FTP support.

As mentioned above, qOrganizer is a free application. Please note that this is a one-man project. If you enjoy using the application, consider making a donation to support its development.

Students in particular are going to find this free and user friendly organizer very handy.

Pros

qOrganizer does not have to be installed. There is nothing complicated about the interface; just click through the large buttons at the top. qOrganizer has a lot to offer: calendar, to-dos, notes, timetable, and more. qOrganizer is a free application (consider making a donation).

Cons

None that I could think of.
